CUTTING

You are strongly advised to examine:

​

  • the correct meterage is being supplied

  • correct design and colour is being supplied

  • possible dyelots variations are accpetable

  • correct face of the fabric is being used  

​

Mistakes can occur and Textile Studio cannot be held responsible once any fabric has been cut.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints about goods purcahsed or delivered are to be notified in writing to Textile Studio(the seller) within three days. Failure to do so is an acknowledgement by the purchaser that the goods were received in a good condition and in accordance with the order. Goods returned without the Sellers consent may at its option be accepted without prejudice and will be held solely for Purchaser's account.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts are allowed only by prior arrangement with the Seller. Textile Studio is a Wholesaler and therefore does not offer further discounts on any goods quoted.

DELIVERY

Delivery Dates are approximate dates only. The Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage caused through its inability to adhere to any specified delivery date/s.

DELIVERY TO THIRD PARTIES

On request, Textile Studio will deliver to a third party, it is your responsibility to ensure the order is correct in all respects including design, fabric type and colour. We recommend that you forward a sample of the fabric to the third party before ordering.

MATCHING SAMPLES

When placing a new order on a fabric already purchased to complete a job the Seller advises that you please bring a sample piece to the store so that the correct  dyelot can be matched. If a different dyelot is cut the Seller will not accept any returns from the Purchaser as it is stressed that a sample should be brought to avoid this issue.
