FOAM, CUT FOR YOU

Comfort starts here.

From a fresh sofa cushion to a supportive seat base, find foam that suits your project. We offer foam sheets, custom cuts, laminated foam and chip foam.

Tell us what you’re making, the size you need and how soft or firm you would like it to feel. We’ll help you choose.

Discuss your foam requirements

YOUR OPTIONS

The right shape.
The right feel.

Choose a single layer, combine layers, or have foam cut to fit. Here’s a simple guide to the options.

01

Foam sheets

A single foam layer for everyday upholstery.

Our standard upholstery foam comes in densities from 12–36 kg/m³ and thicknesses from 6 mm to 650 mm. We can help you choose a grade for your seating, cushions or padding.

Choose your density, thickness and sheet dimensions.

Custom-cut foam

Made to fit your project.

Bring your measurements for foam cut to the shape and size you need, from replacement sofa cushions to shaped seating.

Send the length, width, thickness and a sketch for shaped pieces.

03

Laminated foam

Layers working together for comfort and support.

Two or more foam layers are bonded into one piece. A firm chip-foam layer can be paired with softer foam to create a supportive base with a more cushioned surface.

Useful for layered seat cushions and bench seating. Ask us about the available layer combinations and thicknesses.

Chip foam

Firm support made from bonded foam pieces.

Also called rebond foam, chip foam is made by bonding and compressing small pieces of recycled foam into a solid sheet. The mixed pieces give it its distinctive speckled appearance.

Often used as a firm base in seats and upholstery, with softer foam added above when extra surface comfort is wanted.

Density: how much foam weighs.

Measured in kg/m³, density tells you the weight of a set volume of foam. A higher density does not automatically mean a firmer feel.

Firmness: how it feels.

Firmness describes how easily foam compresses when you press or sit on it. Thickness, the layers and the seat base also affect the finished cushion’s feel.

Not sure which to choose?

Tell us how the foam will be used and how often. We’ll confirm the available grades, sizes and layer combinations for your project before you order.
